Who will be in my home or office?
A crew of 1, 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform and supervised by our
management staff. We often will do quality control checks with a
manager doing an inspection of the work done in your home or office.
What time will you be cleaning my home?
Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am
to 5:00 pm and you will be scheduled during these times. You may
request a clean before or after 12 noon. (Our service is available on a
very flexible schedule, just let us know how we can best serve you
Saturday/Sunday or nighttime)
Should I tip the housekeepers?
If you are
pleased with the work done in your home we encourage you to show your
appreciation to your housekeeper. Although not required, a gratuity is a
powerful way to say "I appreciate your work." Even a note from you,
simply saying "Thanks for a job well done" means a great deal
Can I hire
one of your housekeeper's independently?
By hiring Above and Beyond, Inc. for your cleaning services, we ask that
you do just that, use Above and Beyond, Inc. If you do wish to employ an
Above and Beyond, Inc. housekeeper on an independent basis, please be
aware of a $1500.00 referral fee. This fee applies to both current
employees or employees that had been employed with us within the last
year.
Do I need to be home?
It is not necessary to be home
in fact most of our customers are not. We keep a copy of your key and
code it and store it in our safe lock box. Apartment home residents can
authorize entry by notifying the office at your property.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Simply make arrangements with
our office to be invoiced by the month. Alternatively, you can pay
conveniently using your Personal or business checks. Right now, we are
not set up to accept credit cards, but that may change.
What if my cleaning
falls on a holiday?
If your
scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will be sure to contact you to
reschedule your cleaning.
How will I know when to expect my
cleaning?
You will be entered into our
computer with a specific cleaning schedule and we will call you the
evening before your scheduled clean. You can at that time notify us of
any special attention needs.
What is the
cancellation policy?
If it is
necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Above and Beyond,
Inc. asks that you contact us the day before so we may notify your
housekeeper. If we are notified the day of service and are unable to
contact the housekeeper then you will be charged with half of the price
of your scheduled clean. Future scheduled cleanings will remain
unchanged. Please be sure to submit in writing any termination of
regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the housekeepers of any
changes to your schedule -- it must be done directly with the management
of your local office. |
